The affirmations can help us believe more in ourselves, which is the foundation to pull through, for example, the bully, and take action to learn new skills or feel free to communicate.

Self-confidence does not mean shallow. On the contrary, a deep self-awareness makes us confident without the clothes or modern-day armor we love to cover ourselves.

One of the easiest and freest ways to enhance our self-confidence is to apply the right affirmations at a specific time daily and for at least 100 days. Furthermore, they work best in the morning after waking up and in the evening before falling asleep. To receive faster outcomes, we can choose to use affirmations twice or once a day.
